vSub: Video Subtitle Translator ("vSub") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use our subtitle translation service.

1. Subtitle Files

vSub allows you to select SRT and VTT subtitle files, choose a target language, translate the subtitles, and save or share the translated file.

The app only accesses a subtitle file when you choose it. vSub does not scan your device or access unrelated personal files.

Subtitle content may be processed or transmitted when necessary to provide the requested translation service.

2. Personal Data

vSub does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or share your personal information for its own purposes.

The app does not intentionally collect information such as your name, email address, contacts, messages, photos, videos, microphone recordings, passwords, financial information, or precise location.

3. Permissions

vSub uses:

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to check network connectivity.
• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — to access Wi-Fi connection status when required.
• AD_ID — to support advertising services.

These permissions are used to support the app's functionality and advertising.

4. Advertising

vSub may display advertisements using Google advertising services.

Google and its advertising partners may independently collect or process certain device or advertising-related information, including Advertising ID, according to their own policies.

vSub itself does not sell or collect personal information for advertising purposes.

5. Saving and Sharing

Translated files can be saved to a location selected by you and shared through other applications on your device.

Once you share a file with another application or service, its handling of that file is governed by that service's own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention and Security

vSub does not require a user account or maintain a personal user profile.

Files saved by you remain under your control on your device. We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the app, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

vSub is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Third-Party Services

Third-party services used for translation or advertising may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
